1. Purpose of this disclaimer

This AI Disclaimer applies to the AI CV generator and AI voice interviewer features on the Elevenio platform (together, the "AI Features"), operated by the operating company (registration pending). It explains what the AI Features do, their limits, and your responsibilities when using them. This disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. AI outputs are assistive, not guaranteed

The AI Features use third-party AI models, including services provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs, to generate suggestions, formatted content, transcripts, scores, and feedback. These outputs are generated automatically based on patterns in data and are not reviewed by a human before being shown to you unless we state otherwise. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply wrong. Treat every AI output as a draft or a starting point, not a final or authoritative answer.

3. AI CV generator: specific limits

The AI CV generator formats and phrases content based on what you upload. It does not verify your work history, education, certifications, or any other claim. It does not guarantee that your CV will pass any employer's screening process, and any "ATS score" or "match score" shown is a general guide based on common applicant tracking system patterns, not a guarantee of how any specific employer's system or recruiter will evaluate your CV. You are responsible for reviewing the final CV for accuracy before submitting it to any employer.

4. AI voice interviewer: specific limits

The AI voice interviewer records your responses, transcribes them, and generates feedback and scoring using the third-party providers named above. This feedback is a practice and preparation aid. It is not a hiring decision, an employment reference, a psychological or professional assessment, or a substitute for a human interviewer's judgment. No employer, recruiter, or third party is bound by, or required to consider, this feedback, unless they separately choose to request it from you. A low or high AI score does not predict your actual interview performance with a real employer.

5. You remain responsible

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through the AI Features, for any application, communication, or decision you make based on AI output, and for independently verifying anything important before relying on it. Elevenio does not provide career, legal, financial, or immigration advice through the AI Features.

6. Data used to generate outputs

Generating AI outputs requires sending relevant data, such as your CV content or interview recording, to the third-party AI providers named above, some of which are located outside the UAE and KSA. See our Privacy Policy for detail on cross-border transfer, retention, and your rights.

7. Reporting a problem

If an AI output seems clearly wrong, inappropriate, or harmful, contact us at support@elevenio.com so we can review it.

8. Changes

We may update this AI Disclaimer as our AI Features or providers change. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
