Check the file requirements shown beside the upload option before submitting a document.

Confirm the file type, size, and any other stated restrictions. Make sure the file opens correctly on your device and is not password-protected unless the feature supports that.

For downloads, check browser download permissions, available storage, and whether the download completed.
