Open your enrolled course from your account to continue learning.

Follow the course sequence and complete any required activities. Progress may depend on lesson completion, assessments, or other requirements shown within the course.

If a completed lesson is not reflected, refresh the page and check that you are using the correct account. Avoid repeatedly submitting an assessment.

If the problem continues, contact support with the course name, lesson title, and a screenshot of the progress issue. Do not assume that playing a video alone completes every requirement.افتح الدورة المسجّل فيها من حسابك لمتابعة التعلّم.

اتبع ترتيب الدورة وأكمل الأنشطة المطلوبة. قد يعتمد التقدّم على إكمال الدروس أو التقييمات أو متطلبات أخرى موضّحة داخل الدورة.

إذا لم يظهر إكمال أحد الدروس، حدّث الصفحة وتأكد من استخدام الحساب الصحيح. تجنّب إرسال التقييم نفسه عدة مرات.

إذا استمرت المشكلة، تواصل مع الدعم واذكر اسم الدورة وعنوان الدرس وأرفق صورة لمشكلة التقدّم. لا تفترض أن تشغيل الفيديو وحده يحقق جميع متطلبات الإكمال.
