Use the official download source and review the permissions requested. Connection codes are private: enter them only in the official extension and do not send them to support.

If connection fails, check whether the code expired, confirm you are using the correct account, and request a new code if needed.

If job assistance does not work, check that the site is supported and a CV is saved in your account.
